I contacted them on Wednesday, December 23 because the furnace in our rental house had stopped working just in time for snow and a holiday weekend. They were super responsive and were at the house by 12pm and had it up and working within the hour. I will be using them for any future maintenance and repairs.

I called Wolcott on Thursday and Jake was out on Friday. He gave me a bid and came back on Monday to do the work. He was polite and respected my opinion and talked to me as an equal. He did a fine job in a short amount of time. Kudos to Jake and Wolcott!

Cody went above and beyond! He came after he was supposed to be done with work and was able to figure out exactly why our heat quit working in cold temperatures. We were so grateful he was willing to show up so late and right away, so professional and knowledgeable!

I had Bryant with Wolcott come out again to install a fan on our gas fireplace. When he was out for our annual maintenance in October this was one of the upgrades I had asked him to quote me for. As with before, Bryant did a great job, walked me through everything he had done, and discussed more options with me for some future upgrades we would like done and what the best order to do them in would be. Great service, will continue to go to Bryant for my heating and cooling needs.

Our heat went out and they sent over a person in 3 hours same day! Kyle is the man who helped us and he had our heat running again in less than an hour. Fair price, quick work, extremely nice person 10/10 would use again.

Kyle called ahead to say he would be early to make sure that worked for my schedule and it did. Kyle was professional, informative and speedy with my heat pump annual maintenance. He gave some suggestions on furnace filters which I appreciated.

Called in about 2:00 on Tuesday afternoon because furnace was blowing cold air. I was shocked when they said someone could come right out. Cody was there shortly and was able to fix the problem. My mom is 102 years old and it’s just about impossible to get her down the front steps these days. We couldn’t have her staying in the house with no heat – but didn’t know how we’d get her out. Wolcott has a stellar team for sewer repairs. They are prompt, efficient and leave the site as close to the way they found it as possible. I’ve had them do several sewer repair jobs for my clients and they continue to be the best price for quality work.

Bryant returned to repair a damper handle that was broken during his initial visit. He answered several questions about this new (to me) HVAC system. Much appreciated, Bryant. This will probably be the last time I use them, however, as his manager told me to look elsewhere for my comfort needs.
